My photography page has officially changed over from photography to my personal portfolio. I'll be adding a bunch more of my work to it, along with some of my older local show photography.

Going forward, my concert photography will be all posted on my new site Legions of the Dark . Head over there and like that page while it's building. Anything local show/various photography related will be posted here exclusively, as I'm eventually going to let my .com lapse and expire.

Legions of the Dark started as a necessity to give back to the metal community. Primarily a photographer, my love of music has been quite strong for my entire life, and my ability to give a solid place for people to both see the news, as well as reviews/interviews/and live photographs became my focus. With 2020 being an absolute dumpster fire of a year, I had to reevaluate and refocus my abilities....

I'm looking for something new and creative to do with photography. I have very little experience with models, so that's an entire world that I'd possibly be interested in exploring. I'd also be really interested in getting into automotive photography too. I miss concerts, as I know a lot of us do, and this past year was a real struggle for me creatively. We've all had our ups and downs in 2020, and I want to get this new year off to a good start and start expanding my skills.

If any of you have ideas, or want to collaborate with cars or people, shoot me a dm and we can figure something out!

It's been a while since I was last on my board. It felt really good to ride tonight, despite it being below freezing. Couple of good slams, my knees hurt, and my spine took a good shot of compression. All that said, I can't wait to get back out onto the hill again, it felt so damn good.

Seldom do musician deaths really hit me hard. Very sadly, Alexi Laiho of Children of Bodom/Sinergy/Warmen passed away at the age of 41. My heart goes out to his family, friends, and fans. I'm glad that I had the opportunity to shoot them back in 2019 on their final US tour.

Flashback Friday to not only one of the best shows I've ever shot, but one of the best shows I've ever seen. at the November 8th last year, shot for . This was the last show I got to shoot before the whole world got turned upside down. I hope you're all staying safe and healthy. I look forward to the day I can return to shooting concerts again, I miss it so bad, and I miss hanging out with everyone 😢
