Worked on so many reels today... it's crazy how long it can take to make one reel, and then also crazy how many you can put together when you have an entire day to do it 🤣

It's crazy how a 13 mins project or really anything over 5 minutes can be so much harder to score than a 1-2 minute project. With 15 minutes, you have enough time to change moods, subjects, and perspectives and each of those needs music that drives through the underlying emotion. That being said, these projects are incredibly fun to work on and see come to life because they're longer than 2 minutes and forces you to navigate finding that change of tone and not getting comfortable with a single track.

All of that doesn't even touch the amount of b-roll needed to keep a video this length decently compelling lol
