Indigo Photography Rocking mantles in Rockford IL and across the country. Like, isn't that kind of understood? Why on earth would we do this if we didn't like it?

We specialize in non-lame pictures and making sweaty, nervous, stressed out people look like they're having the time of their lives. According to every other photographer's website, I feel like we're supposed to start this by saying HOW MUCH WE LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY! Let's talk about other stuff. So who are these strangers that you're about to meet in a remote location

at sunset? Indigo Photography = Cole + Brit. When were dating, we shot our first wedding together, which was just a hobby for both of us at the time. Eventually, this became Brit's full time job and we've shot every wedding together since. Cole comes in handy because he's a financial analyst so he takes care of all the businessy stuff Brit hates. Eventually, we got married ourselves and realized just how much we hated getting our pictures taken too. We shoot weddings in the Rockford, IL area, but love to travel and are now taking destination weddings as well.

What a full circle moment! I photographed Kathryn's senior photos way back when I first started photography (prettiest blue eyes I ever saw!) Now we got to document this special elopement for her and Dalton. Which, as you might guess, ended with them cutting their cake on the back of a pick up truck as they drove around and delivered it to people who couldn't attend. WHAT A DAY!!
