It’s taken me almost 10 years behind a camera to confidently say this:

I’m really good at my job 😅📸

Yes, I’m a portrait photographer—but that’s only part of what I do. I’ve photographed weddings, newborns, couples, seniors, headshots, businesses, events, and plenty of lifestyle, journalistic + documentary-style work.

But a professional concert? That was a first 😂 Which is wild considering I’ve attended somewhere around 75 HANSON concerts 🤪

I wasn’t there as the hired photographer—just a huge fan with my camera—but 10 years of understanding settings, lighting, movement, composition, and anticipating a moment before it happens translates.

It reminded me that you don’t have to put me in a photography box. Portraits may be my bread and butter, but 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 is what I do.

Professional photography comes at a cost, but there’s value in a decade of experience behind the camera🤍

I think this pretty much sums up how EVERYONE feels about the first day of school 🥱😂📚

Class of 2027… the senioritis may already be kicking in, but I promise—this year is going to FLY by! 🎓 Don’t wait until the last minute to reach out about senior pictures. My fall calendar is almost booked!

I’ll also have limited availability for cap & gown sessions this spring, with sessions planned for April 16th evening + April 17th morning🎓📸

My heart is so full.

When I announced my session fundraiser, my goal was to book 10 sessions—just enough to cover my tuition this fall. Because of your incredible support, I booked 14 sessions! Not only did you help cover my tuition, but you’ve also helped with books, graduation expenses this fall, and even some upcoming costs for my graduate program. My cup truly overflows.

This summer didn’t unfold the way I expected. A door I thought would stay open unexpectedly closed, but I’ve learned that when God removes something, He’s often making room for something greater. His timing and His plans are ALWAYS better than my own.

This fall will be one of the busiest seasons of my life as I balance school, nursing, photography, and continue serving as interim worship leader. My plate is full, but so is my cup🥹

To every client—new and returning—thank you for trusting me to documenting your lives. I hope to continue doing photography as long as my body allows and amazing people like you keep booking RAW Images 🤍📷👏🏼

I don’t know exactly what the future holds, but I do know my purpose is to provide for my family while glorifying God in everything I do. ❤️ Why the fundraiser?

Many of you know I’ve been working toward my graduate nursing degree while working 3 jobs. Due to unexpected changes in financial aid and grant distribution, I have a tuition balance due that I initially thought would be covered under my loan/grant.

Rather than asking for donations, I wanted to offer something meaningful in return by doing what I love most.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to book photos, this is it. Every session booked helps me continue my education while allowing me to keep serving this community through both photography and nursing.
