This past month has been really hard behind the scenes.

I’ve been moving through some personal things that knocked the wind out of me more than I expected. In the middle of all that, I wasn’t able to stay on top of communication (which, let’s be honest, is already not my strongest trait).

Some of you have been waiting to hear from me about rescheduling, and I just want to say that I'm sorry if I never got back with you regarding a new appointment or left our message mid-conversation. I’ve been slowly coming back to center, and part of that process is making sure I follow through with every single one of you I had to pause while I took care of my mental space.

If you’re one of the people still waiting to be rebooked, please feel free to reach back out. I hate knowing I may have left anyone in the dark so I’m sorting through messages and reaching out, but I’ll never be upset with a gentle nudge.
