I was blown away by this crew! I planned to get sweaty and to pull out all the stops(because 6 kids), but they did incredible-it was so easy breezy!

*Note-MOST sessions are not a piece of cake, because kids are kids, and I don't mind one bit--but occasionally, the stars align and that is worth a shout out!

Such a great family! It was casually mentioned at the end of our session that Tara, whom organized our session, is a photographer herself...I had no idea beforehand(and I'm glad-haha). She totally played down her photography work(probably for my sake-it's a little intimidating to photograph another photographer). Her work is so beautiful and she is incredibly talented! "Are you still doing photography?"

I've been asked this question a ton lately!
As many of you know, I decided this spring to test the waters with my custom cookie business, Cassidy's Cookies! I really intended to just dip my toe in but must have have made a splash, because the orders came flooding in. I was pretty overwhelmed at first, but decided to dive right in, and have been swimming in cookie creations every since!

That said-I am still learning the balance between cookie orders, photo sessions and editing time, family time, mom duties, and what that all means once back to school(and activities) are in full swing.

So, to answer the question:
Yes, I am still taking some photo sessions here and there, but my fall calendar is currently full. I will update this page if I have more dates become available later in the season. If you were planning to book a session with me this fall but are not yet on my calendar, I will be happy to send you some referrals! It is so hard to turn anyone away and I am so incredibly thankful for those of you who have chosen me to capture your families over the last many years. It's truly been my pleasure!

**Whew, sorry about my long-windedness annnnnd all those water puns(I can't help myself).
