Over the month of May, I had two photo sessions with Maddy and her dogs Herman and Rosemary. Maddy graduated this month from Blue Ridge Community College with her degree to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician. I've gotten to know Maddy over the past years because we've worked together, but have also become good friends. So, it was such privilege to take these photos for her. Congratulations Maddy on your accomplishments!

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure to capture these memories between Jessi and her humans. Jessi, Peyton and Jace spent the morning playing in the yard and even sharing some frozen yogurt towards the end of the session. It hurts my heart to say that Jessi unfortunately lost her battle to cancer about a week after taking her photos and crossed the rainbow bridge. To capture these moments are especially precious to me so owners can look back on these memoires forever ♥️

Today I was able to capture these special moments between Millie and her family and friends. Today a year ago Millie was adopted, so her family decided to throw her a "Gotcha Day" Celebration! Marissa Marston did an awesome job putting this all together for her fur baby!

This is Flower, a 16 week old Chinese Crested/ Chihuahua mix. You'll be seeing more of this adorable face as she gets older. Her owner opted to do a puppy package which includes first puppy shoot from 8 weeks to 16 weeks, then a 6 month photo session and a 1 year photo session!

This cutie is Meeka. She's a 9 year old Russian Tortoise. I had a blast following this little girl around, and I think she did too! Along the way, she took a few chomps too! 🐢🐢
