I’ve got you. 🤍

I’ve been photographing weddings long enough to know when to step in and when to step back.
When you need someone to say, “Okay, let’s do this next.”
When you need help fixing your veil.
When your timeline needs adjusting.
When you need to be reminded to eat something.
And when you just need someone to let you enjoy the moment.

Your wedding day is about YOU. My job is to make sure you feel taken care of, to capture all the goodness, and make sure you get to actually be present for the day you spent so much time planning.

Want to know what to put in your wedding details box for your photographer?

Here’s what I include in my detail list for my brides:
    •    Full invitation suite
    •    Vow books
    •    All three rings
    •    Earrings
    •    Necklace
    •    Perfume
    •    Her shoes
    •    His shoes
    •    Tie
    •    Watch
    •    Cuff links
    •    Cologne
    •    Floral scraps (ask your florist!!)

…and any other little elements from your day that make sense. (I’ve photographed everything from ring dishes and fruit from the tables to fans, fun sunglasses, hair pins, wax seals, ribbon, etc)

I always bring multiple canvas options, extra ribbons, and trays, and I put thought into how each element can be photographed in a way that feels refined, graceful, and true to your day. Detail photos are some of my favorite things. I always photograph them first while sipping my coffee and settling into the wedding day.

Every photographer approaches details differently and has their own style. I love a good flat lay.. so if you do too, I have a feeling we’re going to be a pretty great match.

They’re getting married!!! 💍

I could not be happier for Serenity and Greyson. They are soooo cute together and I am in love with how their photo session at the Pennsylvania State Capitol in Harrisburg turned out. I would shoot here over and over again and it would never get old (same for pictures of these two).

Cheers to the newlyweds and a perfect Allenberry wedding day 🥂🤍

There was so much thought put into every little piece of this day, and it was beyond beautiful to experience the love these two share. They are two of the most genuine and thoughtful people I have ever met. And, if you can’t already tell from the photos, it was absolutely STUNNING.

I spend a lot of time planning posts on here. Partly to help my couples take a deep breath on their wedding day knowing they have someone they can trust to capture it all and partly because this is also a little diary of photos I’ve loved and feel honored to have taken.

I love going home, showing my husband a gallery, and saying:
“THAT’S THE ONE.”

Sometimes it is that big moment walking down the aisle. But other times it’s a perfect little grin. Or a flower girl. Or the groom laughing with his friends.

(Or a thousand photos from Catherine and Ray’s day because it was all so magical.)

Those little moments are the reason I love what I do. Ray and his wife have touched so many lives, and I am so happy for the family they are building together. It was an honor to preserve a little piece of that love for them. 🤍

No one EVER walks too slow. Brides, this one’s for you 🤍

I’ve realized I have a lot of random wedding knowledge tucked away in my brain, so I want to share more of it with my couples!

Save this post for your wedding planning checklist so you’re not pulling out your planner the night before, only to realize there are a million little things you wish you had thought about sooner.
