Caught him mid-step and it ended up being one of my favorite shots.

Sometimes the best moments happen when nature doesn’t even know you’re there.

This Muscovy duck gave me a perfect profile while enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. The texture in the red facial caruncles and the deep iridescent feathers really show how much detail nature hides in plain sight.
