On January 7th of this year my family suffered an unimaginable loss. My aunt and uncle welcomed their little boy earthside far too early. He fought valiantly - but went home to heaven only 7 days later. To honor his memory my family has asked that on the 7th of each month we celebrate him with “Julius act of kindness days”

So on the 7th of this month, as my act of kindness, I plan to gift a Mother’s Day mini session to one lucky mama!

A note from my aunt:
On the 7th of each month-“We welcome you all to do the same doesn’t have to cost anything, hold the door open for someone, give someone a compliment, or simply share your smile with someone. Just something to spread some positivity and think about Julius. Our sweet boy didn’t get long enough on this earth but I’m hoping this helps keep his memory alive and he can still make a difference in this world.”

TINY HUMANS AND SOCIAL MEDIA!!!
One of the most commonly asked questions I get is “is it okay if you don’t share their face on your page”
And here’s my take. You never even have to ask. Moving forward, every questionnaire I send will include this question. So you never have to worry about bringing it up! As your photographer I have the absolute privilege of capturing your family, and with that comes the responsibility of respecting you, your values, beliefs, wishes, and keeping these captured moments SAFE. However safe feels to you. So here’s a few options that I will be offering as far as social media posting is concerned.

1. Full gallery access and full face photos allowed
2. Partial face or more discreet photos only
3. Fully hidden faces, but kids still in frame (turned away, details only, etc…
4. Completely Confidential galleries - no images to be shared on social media

Moving forward this will always be asked for family sessions. And my contracts will be altered to reflect your personal choices!!
