One of the things I love about macro photography is finding tiny lives we never see. Thrips? I had no idea there were things called 'thrips', but apparently there are - and those tiny orange bugs peaking out of the center of this blossom are Thrip nymphs.
Could be a beneficial thrip, or a detrimental one. So there are not only Thrips, but good and bad thrips.
A good macro lens could've saved Horton a lot of trouble - just saying.
