I'm, back? Yet again. 🤣 To be honest, I feel like I need to start with an apology. I feel like I do this far too often but, this time is different.

While I've never once left nor taken a break from photography - social media continues to be my most anxiety inducing endeavor as a small business owner. 🤣

October through January is actually my busiest time of year. Sure I shoot a ton during the summer but fall is when most families are scrambling for last min photos, and my editing queue is on average 30,000 photos. 🤣

At the beginning of this month, my little fam took a trip to Disney and immediately boarded a cruise the same day we checked out of our hotel. This is the FIRST family trip I've ever taken where I left behind my camera and computer. And it was so so SO necessary. This was my only goal, to be fully present for my family on this trip. The weeks leading up to our trip I spent 12-14 hrs a day editing. But I did it. And we had the most magical vacation EVER.

After dealing with the norovirus and getting back into the swing of regular life after this trip, I'm feeling more refreshed than EVER. I'm so excited for what this year has to bring. My turn-around time is quicker than it's been since 2020 😅 and I legitimately cannot wait to be the business owner I've dreamed of being for the last few years. 🥰

I'll start with sharing my very best friends wedding... this was a whole experience in itself. These two people love HARD. Not only each-other, but everyone who surrounds them. I will hold this whole week close to my heart for the rest of my life, but their wedding day was absolutely magical. Let's go back to AZ. 🥰🫶🏻

Ugh, a gorgeous day for some absolutely amazing people!! Seriously, Rachel is a PRO at planning a wedding, she even made her own desserts!? 😱 Thank you guys for choosing me and letting me spend your best day along side of you two!

This family though. From proposal, to engagement photos, to bo***ir 🫣🖤, wedding, sunset bridals, gender reveal, maternity, newborn, extended family, family......... etc etc etc. I cannot and will not ever be able to thank you enough for always choosing me, always trusting me, and ALWAYS loving me and cheering me on even in my personal life.

Like, honestly, who sends someone a love filled Venmo after their first baby loses her first tooth?!??! Only the best kind of people. 🥰🤍🤍🤍

Wellllllllll, guess who's back.

Lol it's just me. I have SOOOO many posts ready to share, so much new love to bless your eyes with, and so SO much time ready to commit to you, your fam, your love... 2023 was honestly less than I had hoped for after 2022, and my books have been closed for MONTHS. I had to take time away from emails in order to FINALLY whittle down my 26-30k photos I've been stuck at for 6 months... while the books have been closed, I've still been shooting (previously booked sessions) ALL THE TIME. Literally, constantly.

All this to say, if you've emailed me, and were one of an unlucky few who didn't get a response, but still need a photographer who can commit time, energy, and love to you - resend the email. I'm here. I'm ready. My books are finally open. 🤍

And to those who patiently waited a little extra for their full gallery this year, thank you. I will never rush through editing or spend less time making sure your photos are magazine-worthy, according to my husband. 🤣
