Give me a sweet little courthouse wedding any day!

Between the honking horns, the smiles from strangers, and the many passerby cheering “Congratulations!” to the newlyweds, there’s just something so special about these intimate, love-filled moments. No big production needed, just two people in love and a whole lot of happiness surrounding them. 💍

There’s beauty in the simplicity, and I’ll never get tired of capturing it!

In the past TWO WEEKS, I’ve photographed 14 mini sessions, 1 extended family session, 2 maternity sessions, 1 homecoming session, 1 courthouse wedding, AND a surprise proposal!

If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quieter on here lately, I promise I haven’t disappeared! I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get everyone’s galleries edited and delivered as quickly as possible so I can stay on schedule and get your beautiful memories back to you without falling behind!

✨ Homecoming 2026! ✨

Golden light, gorgeous dresses, beautiful friendships, and a little bit of magic!
These Homecoming photos were so much fun to capture, and I love seeing everyone all dressed up and making memories with their favorite people. From sweet couples to best-friend moments, these are the nights they’ll look back on for years to come.

There’s something so special about the excitement of waiting to meet your very first little one. These two are counting down the days until they get to meet their sweet baby girl, and I couldn’t be happier for them as they get ready to step into this beautiful new chapter of life together.

Moments like these are such a sweet reminder that the tiniest little person can already fill your heart with so much love before you’ve even met them. 🩷 I can’t wait for them to experience all the love, snuggles, and unforgettable memories that come with becoming parents.

Hi friends! For those who are new around here, and those who have been following along for a while, I thought it was time to reintroduce myself!
I’m Kristen, the girl behind Kristen Jamerson Photography! I’m a local mom of two sweet boys, a wife, and a photographer who absolutely loves capturing the moments that make life so special.
From the anticipation of maternity sessions, to those tiny newborn details, to the beautiful chaos of family life and the magic of a wedding day, I feel so lucky that I get to do what I love and preserve these memories for other families.

A little rain couldn’t stop this love story. ☔️

When one of your best friends ask you to photograph their wedding, it already feels extra special… but getting to document such an intimate, heartfelt day for them? That’s something I’ll never take for granted.

Their original plans may have been rained out, but honestly, I think their day turned out exactly how it was supposed to. A little cozy, a little chaotic, a whole lot of laughter, and so much love packed into one VERY small space.

And THIS 1st photo? This is why I love what I do. Because sometimes the best wedding photographs aren’t the perfectly posed ones. They’re the moments where you’re laughing until you can’t breathe, holding hands, looking at the person you just married, and completely forgetting the camera is even there.

Rain, plans changing, intimate spaces… none of it matters when you have your person beside you.

Cheers to the newlyweds and to all the beautiful, unexpected moments that make a wedding day yours.
