Dale + Chandler’s engagement session at Monte Sano was one of those days where everything felt natural. Their energy, the fall colors, the quiet overlooks, the playful moments on the bridge, every frame showed how real their connection is. From the cheek kiss that made him crack that scrunched up face, to the close-ups of her green-stone ring, to the warm embraces by the stone wall, these two made the entire session easy.

What an incredible day at Sacred Heart Church in Cullman, Alabama. This wedding was filled with meaningful moments, beautiful details, and a whole lot of joy. From their vows inside the church to their first dance surrounded by bubbles and blue lights, every part of their day was a reminder of why I love capturing real, authentic love stories.

Testing the Fuji X-M1 Like It’s 1955 🎞️🚗

Took the Fujifilm X-M1 out for a spin at Cullman Oktoberfest — running that Velvia Vivid film simulation, and man, it nailed that old-school punch. The colors on these vintage Volkswagens popped like Kodachrome on a sunny afternoon. Chrome glinting, engines purring, and every frame looking straight outta the ’50s. This little Fuji’s got soul. 📸🔥

✨ Testing the Zhong Yi Mitakon Speedmaster 50mm f/0.95 III on my Sony A7 III — and my sister’s cat was the perfect model. 🐾

📸 The first shot was taken right at sunset with very little light left, half the scene already in shadow. The second photo was captured in complete darkness — no natural light at all.

Even in these extreme low-light conditions, the A7 III + f/0.95 combo pulled out incredible detail, smooth tones, and that dreamy shallow depth of field. 🌙🔥

This lens is truly a bokeh monster and paired with the A7 III, it’s a night-shooting beast.
