Ellie!
It was great to spend a beautiful afternoon yesterday in downtown Portsmouth with the hugely talented Portsmouth HS senior, Ellie!
Ellie's a singer, dancer, and thespian who got one of her first starts in the theater at the Players Ring Theater (had to get a few shots there!). We captured the purple flowers she loves, the waterfront and some with her fun mom!

Laurel!
There's just something about photographing someone you've known since they were little and are now starting their senior year; it's an honor, really. And to have photographed her older brother as well - how lucky am I?!
Laurel is a beauty inside & out and is looking at the Southern schools for next year. I can't wait to hear which one she chooses and what her major will be (I'm putting in a plug for a fine art minor - lol!).

I love photographing at Great Island Common in Newcastle, such a beautiful gem on the seacoast!
This time of year, it's a very busy place: volleyball tournament season, beachgoers & families, and senior shoots galore!
I took these yesterday (intentionally) to show some of the interesting challenges photographers have; many of us packed into a small area trying to get the perfect image. The bottom photo shows 5 other senior photogs capturing their subjects at the same time!

This beauty from Hampton Falls is a Senior at Winnacunnet, and it was just a joy to spend time with her at Ordione yesterday! She's planning on Environmental Policy as her major in college, along with serving in their ROTC program!
