Happy (belated!) Anniversary to this beautiful couple🫶

Looking back through their gallery instantly transported me to one of the prettiest summer weekends. I had the honor of photographing the rehearsal dinner at before celebrating with them the next day at Montauk Yacht Club. I always love celebrating a wedding weekend from start to finish.

Cara’s colorful florals brought so much life to every photograph, and everyone looked absolutely incredible. It was one of those weddings where every detail felt elegant without ever trying too hard.

The joy, the laughter, the hugs, and the people who showed up to celebrate the two of you made this gallery such a fun one to revisit.

🤍 Celebrating One Year | Autumn & Rob 🤍

Feeling all the summer vibes today and reminiscing back when Autumn and Rob said “I do” on a picture-perfect June day.

And when I say picture-perfect, I mean it. The sky was the brightest shade of blue, the water sparkled all day long, and every corner of the venue seemed to offer another beautiful backdrop.

One of my favorite memories from this wedding was photographing Autumn’s portraits. At one point, I asked her to run through the grass and, to her credit, she completely trusted me. The result? Some of my favorite images from the entire day.🤍

I also loved exploring the property with these two. From the tree-lined paths to the waterfront views, every location felt completely different, giving us such a beautiful variety of portraits throughout the day.

But beyond the gorgeous scenery, what stands out most when I look back at these photos is how sweet Autumn and Rob are together. The kind of couple that makes documenting their wedding feel effortless because they’re simply so happy to be together.

🤍 Celebrating One Year | Mia & Greg 🤍

One year ago today, Mia and Greg said “I do” 🤍

The morning was filled with happy tears as Mia’s bridal party saw her for the first time. Those reactions never get old. The excitement, the emotion, and the realization that the day you’ve all been waiting for is finally here.

On the other side, Greg and his groomsmen kept everyone laughing. Looking back through those photos now, it’s impossible not to smile. They brought so much personality and energy to the day and were clearly having the best time celebrating their friend.

And while the weather may not have gone exactly according to plan, you’d never know it from the photos. Rain was in the forecast, but it didn’t stop us from creating some beautiful images and making the most of every moment. Sometimes wedding days have a way of reminding you that the things you can’t control often become part of the story.

What stands out most, though, is Mia and Greg themselves. They are such a sweet couple, and every photograph reflects the joy they felt being surrounded by the people they love most.

🤍 Celebrating One Year | Emily & John 🤍

Last weekend marked one year since Emily and John said “I do.”

Emily spent the morning getting ready at Coastal Creative Studios surrounded by the people who love her most, and there was so much excitement in the room. The reactions from her bridesmaids when they saw her for the first time were priceless. Happy tears, huge smiles, and the kind of genuine joy that reminds you what weddings are really about.

One of my favorite images from the entire day is the girls peeking through the doors to catch a glimpse of her before she stepped out. Such a simple moment, but one that says so much.

And then there was the veil 🤍

Long, timeless, and effortlessly elegant. Some of my favorite portraits from the day are the ones where it trails behind her as she walks. It added such a classic feel to the images and complemented her look perfectly. Emily looked absolutely stunning, and every portrait feels just as beautiful today as it did a year ago.

Looking through these photos now, I’m reminded how quickly a wedding day goes by. The anticipation of the morning, the hugs from loved ones, the emotional moments, and all the little memories that become even more meaningful with time.

🤍 Celebrating One Year | Alyssa & Daniel 🤍

As I was looking through Alyssa and Daniel’s photos, I found myself smiling the entire time.

Not just because their wedding was beautiful (although it absolutely was). The black-and-white details, the black-tie attire, and the timeless design all came together perfectly. But what I kept coming back to was how much fun everyone was having.

Alyssa and Daniel have such a joyful energy about them, and it seemed like every person there was just genuinely excited to celebrate alongside them. You can feel it in the photos. The laughter, the smiles, the way everyone showed up for them all day long.

And then there were the pups🥹🤍

I don’t know if there’s ever been a wedding where a furry guest made an appearance and I wasn’t immediately obsessed.

Looking back a year later, these photos feel exactly the way the day felt: elegant, joyful, and full of love.

🤍 Celebrating One Year | Lauren & Billy 🤍

There are some weddings I find myself thinking about long after the gallery has been delivered.

Lauren and Billy’s wedding was one of them.

As I was looking back through these photos, I couldn’t help but smile at how much love surrounded them from the very beginning of the day. Their wedding party brought so much energy, laughter, and excitement, and it was clear just how loved these two are.

One of my favorite moments was watching Lauren’s first look with her dad, bridal party, and family. The reactions said everything. The joy, pride, excitement, and love on their faces was impossible to miss. You could feel how happy everyone was for her in that moment.

And then there was the walk down the aisle.

I’ll never forget Billy’s reaction when he saw Lauren. One of those moments that reminds me why I love documenting weddings in the first place. Raw emotion. Pure joy. No posing required.

Looking back through this gallery, I was also reminded just how many incredible candid moments unfolded throughout the day. The kind of photographs that instantly transport you back to how everything felt.

And of course, I have to give a special shoutout to the wind, which absolutely understood the assignment that day. Lauren’s veil had its own starring role and I’m fairly certain Mother Nature was working as part of the creative team ✨

A little over a year later, I’m still smiling as I revisit these memories.
