Thank you for all the birthday love, whether it was a call, text, message, comment, or prayer. I appreciate every bit of it.

As I step into Chapter 48, one thing hasnโ€™t changedโ€”fitness has been part of every chapter of my life. Not because Iโ€™m chasing perfection, but because it reminds me to stay disciplined, keep pushing, and take care of the body thatโ€™s carried me through it all.

Hereโ€™s to continuing to grow, learn, and show up for myself and the people I love.

Chapter 48. โค๏ธ

The little girl on the television is me.

The woman in the frame is my aunt.

When she passed away, there wasn't a photo for her obituary.

I didn't know it then, but that loss would shape the rest of my life.

Years later, I picked up a camera and made it my mission to preserve the people, stories, and moments we never want to lose.

Today, she's in the frame.

So am I.
