Current technology now allows me to do "Artistic Reinterpretations" of my images. They require considerable conputer time, but I think they can be rather eye catching when one is browsing. For example, here are a couple of my recent Shangri-La images reinterpreted in first a Georgia O'keefe style, then, one in a Monet style, and even one in an MC Escher style. The Pensacola Dam on Grand Lake, OK, was Oklahoma's first hydroelectric power plant, and is referred to as the longest multiple-arch dam in the world. It is truly an engineering marvel. Several years ago GRDA hired me to photograph it. These photos were possible only while in the company of GRDA staff. However, they are just one more example of our spectacular Grand Lake environment. Enjoy, RC

I am continually taking new ones, but this image of Sailboat Bridge at Sunset remains in my top 5. It is simple and clean, but there is still a lot going on in the colors and shadows. Happy Sunday, RC

It's always nice when you can get these guys into the studio to pose for you. You ask for a classic profile pose, you get the light just right so their eyes shine, you have them file their tonails to perfect, razor sharpness, and you make sure not one feather is out of place.... Then, "Click", and out the picture goes to enrich the day, for nature loving, facebook followers like you, LOL. Enjoy, RC

Shangri-La Resort recently upgraded their outdoor pool area, and they asked me to take some pictures. There is now more seating area around the pool, as well as new, outdoor seating for Doc's restaurant, and, there are also special cabanas where you can sit in the shade around the pool and enjoy a drink, or an entree. I think the entire Shangri-La complex is a spectacular offering to our Grand Lake, OK, lifestyle. Enjoy, RC
