Do you ever meet people you instantly click with? That’s exactly how this entire extended family session felt. It was HOT hot, but this family smiled, laughed, and somehow managed to look amazing through all of it. Then, at the end of the session, they gave me a hand fan because they could clearly see I was one degree away from melting. I’d call that a successful session!

Hey friends! It’s been a while since I’ve done an introduction, so I figured it was about time.

Hi! I’m Donna!

I’ve lived all over, but recently Northwest Arkansas has became my home and I love it here!

I did photography for a long time, but it wasn’t until a few years ago after my mom passed away, that I decided to turn it into a business. She always encouraged me to go after the things I loved, so here I am! Zero regrets.

I’m terrible at talking about myself, so instead… here are a few random things that make me happy!

• The smell of sunscreen after a day on the river.
• Finally getting the eyelash out of your eye.
• Coffee. Lots of it.
• Laughter through tears
• Hearing a song you forgot about.
• Seeing a dog with its head hanging out the car window.
• Live music.

Again. Thanks for being here. I truly couldn’t do this photography thing without you.

This family is very special to me, so I wanted them to have a special session.
In a few weeks their oldest, Alivia is heading to college. Instead of choosing a typical location, I thought it would mean so much more to take them at their own home!

One of my favorite parts about this job is getting to photograph people I genuinely love. I’ve known Megan for years, and if you know her… you know she loves Jesus, coffee, and making people feel beautiful!! She’s passionate about helping women feel confident in their own skin and creating a space where they leave feeling refreshed, cared for, and truly seen. (And yes… I’ve heard, “Did you put on sunscreen?” more times than I can count. 😂)

Megan recently moved into her new space at Pinnacle in Rogers, and I couldn’t be more excited for her! She offers everything from facials and brows to lashes, microneedling, and so much more.

If you’re looking for someone who’s incredibly talented and has the sweetest heart, go see her. I promise you’ll leave feeling like the best version of yourself.

My favorite tiny headliner turns TWO tomorrow! She keeps me on my toes and steals hearts everywhere she goes. Happy almost birthday, Bennett!

Extended family sessions are some of my favorites! Getting grandparents, cousins, siblings, and all the generations together is so special because these are the photos that become treasures over time.

Summer is the perfect time for them too! Longer evenings, kids out of school, and families finally all in one place!

These two brought the motorcycle… and the spice! Though this session was hot (in more ways than one) we laughed the entire time! Safe to say this session was one for the books and one of my favorites!
