I am a self described "Momtographer" turned Photographer located in the Indianapolis area. I started to learn photography when I realized I was spending too much time behind the camera trying to capture the moments and not actually living them. I still wanted these special times with my family and friends to be documented but I wanted to know how to do it quickly and properly so I could get an ama

zing image and then be able to put the camera down and really appreciate the time with them . Little did I know just how much I would fall in love with the art of photography, Maybe even more importantly came a passion to document magnificent yet ordinary moments in life with those in their natural element. I found this is where people appeared the happiest ,most natural, and beautifully genuine. How do you know if Documentary Photography is a style you should try? Do you get really unnerved by the stress of family portraits? Do you hate trying to figure out the perfect outfits and obsess over whether you are going to have a good or bad hair day? Are you tired of forcing your husband and children to fake a smile and make eye contact with camera? The sky's the limit on what we can do so throw out some ideas or let me help you come up with some so we can record those simple yet divine moments in your life that can all too quickly go by without you even getting a chance to take notice.

We are back from a week vacation and made it home just in time to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and get caught from being away. They kids are back at school and I am back to editing. My editing buddies like to keep me company but the sure don’t make it very ergonomic. 😕
