After a lot of prayer, conversations, and reflection, I’ve decided to close my books for full wedding days indefinitely.
Every couple I’ve documented has trusted me with one of the biggest days of their lives, and that will always be one of the greatest honors. I wouldn’t change a single wedding I’ve photographed.
But seasons change.
Right now, my three little ones need me more than a 8-10 hour wedding day does. They need the weekends, the evenings, and the version of me that isn’t spending countless hours away preparing for and editing weddings.
Choosing my family doesn’t mean I’m choosing photography any less. It simply means I’m choosing a different way to pursue it.
I’m incredibly excited to focus on couples, newborns, families, and creative sessions—the kinds of stories that fit beautifully into this season of life while still allowing me to serve the amazing clients and friends who continue to trust me.
I may still take on an occasional intimate elopement or micro wedding in the future if it’s the right fit, but for now, this chapter is coming to a close.
To every wedding couple I’ve had the privilege of serving: thank you. You have shaped this business, encouraged me, and trusted me with memories that will last generations. I’ll forever be grateful.
Here’s to new seasons, slower days, and continuing to tell beautiful stories. 🤍
With love,
Kimra
