This photo of an SS-Unterscharführer from the TK Division was taken in Russia by war correspondent Ernst Baumann, July 1941. Always interesting to see a slight misprint exposing the white material used to screen print the camouflage onto. You can also see some white on the ends of the sleeve. The original contact sheet in which this image comes from is stored at the US National Archives.

Many of you have emailed me to point out how my book KAMPFGRUPPE MUHLENKAMP is selling for ridiculous prices on Amazon and Ebay. It's been out of print since 2016 and I am seriously considering making a reprint which would be out sometime this summer.

It's an expensive book to print and if I decide to do it I would only print a 1,000 copies. The retail price would have to be somewhere around $100 per copy.
