I just wanted to give an update for those of you who have been following Paxton's story! First of all let me just say, I am totally blown away at the amount of shares and help from all of you who have spreading her story. This has been amazing and so overwhelming. We just keep getting closer and closer! It's not even been 8 days since the original post, and Andrea Walker from WBKO reached out and will be airing her story on the local news sometime next week, but also recently Chad Benefield from the radio station 9.25 WBKR messaged me on Facebook about getting in contact with Paxton, so she will ALSO be on the air live early Thursday morning (around 7am)! So make sure you guys listen in to hear her story!

I just wanted to update everyone about Miss Paxton! Andrea Walker at WBKO news contacted us about running her story on the news! They want to help spread the word and help make her wish come true to meet John Cena! I cannot thank everyone enough for all that you're doing and sharing her story. She is ecstatic!

Please keep it up! We have found out that John Cena will actually be in Lexington, KY in a few weeks! What awesome timing right?! I know we can all come together and make this happen for her!

Keep an eye out for updates! I will find out soon when her story will be aired!

I am completely overwhelmed at all the support and time and effort everyone has been putting in to helping making Paxton's dream come true in meeting John Cena! Her mom also told me how amazed and overwhelmed she is with everyone! My notifications have literally been going non stop since early this morning on this page, my personal FB page, instagram and twitter! I have posted this to several news pages, radio stations, celebrities, and so have many others that are helping out!

YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! I never thought it would take off this fast, and spread so far this soon. Keep it going! I have no doubt in my mind that we can all come together and make this happen for her!

After reading several comments and posts made by others, I can tell that what I already knew after meeting Paxton, that she has been such an influencial person in so many lives! She deserves this!!! Again, thank you so much for helping and doingall that you're doing and taking the time out of your days to help her out!

There has been well over a 1,000 shares just on facebook alone, that doesn't include instagram and twitter, and just this post has well reached over 15,400 people!! WOW!

Just a reminder I will no longer be taking anymore appointments. Thanks for understanding!

Hey Everybody!
After many discussions with my family and MUCH consideration... I have decided that I will no longer be taking anymore appointments. This was a hard decision, but it is what is best for me and family at this point in my life! I have 2 small children and a husband who works 3rds, and it makes it very hard with scheduling.

I have been in photography for 9 years now, and have thoroughly enjoyed capturing memories for SO very many, and it truly has been nothing but joy for me. I have met some incredible people and have made some life long friends! And have watched many of your babies grow into some amazing kids! Maybe later down the road I will pick back up where I left off, but for now I am very happy with my decision and excited for some new adventures and making memories with my family. There's no better way to end an adventure than on top, and I have so many to thank for that! Thank you to everyone who has helped make my dream a reality and trusted me to photograph important times in your life! Okay, now I'm tearing up, but it's happy tears! Thank you to all my loyal clients, I love each and every one of you!

**I still have several appointments lined up, and weddings scheduled throughout the year to finish up, so no worries to those who are in that category!**

Congratulations to Savannah and Cody on their engagement! Looking forward to your Big Day! They were so sweet to each other during their session! They also got a one of a kind session from me, where they got to see me fall right on the concrete face first! More importantly, the Canon is okay ;) haha!

I had SO much fun with Paxton recently!! Oh my it was absolutely freezing for it to be "spring" weather, but i'll have to say, she was a trooper! She did amazing! And just loved the camera, and the camera loved her as well! Be expecting more from Paxton soon, we have another session coming up, and one part of it I know she's excited about!

So, usually I would NEVER do this. But, my sister, michelle dukes is desperate! We have an older brother who has been growing out a beard for sometime now. And, she, a long with several other friends and family have been begging him to shave it off and cut his hair! So, she has made a bet. If she can get up to $200 donation he will shave the beard and cut the hair! (He thinks she will never be able to reach that so he's sitting back laughing!)

She has set up a go fund me account for "Shave the Beard!" Things just got more interesting, she has made up a contract that once the goal is met he cannot grow out the beard for each dollar that is raised! So if we get $200, he has to keep it trimmed up for 200 days! And, he's going to record himself getting a shave and haircut to post to social media.

So, this may seem silly to some, but this is serious business! Several are ready to see the beard go buh-bye!
