Willow & Roots Photography Where memories take Root We are starting out slowly and just doing this on the side as we do have full time jobs and families.

Let's see...there are 2 of us -Megan & Jessica- hence the M&J :) anyways we have been best friends for over 20 years and have dreamed of starting our own photography business since we were in high school. We absolutely love taking pictures and while we are not professionals (yet) we are learning as we go and want to provide you with the very best pictures we can!

📸 IMPORTANT CLIENT GALLERY UPDATE!

We’re making some changes behind the scenes at Willow & Roots Photography! 🤍

Beginning November 1st, we will be transitioning to a new online gallery platform to make your photo delivery experience even better!

If you have received a gallery from us through CloudSpot, please make sure you download and back up all of your images before November 1st!

After this date, your current gallery links may no longer be accessible.

Don't worry — we will still have your images safely backed up on our end! If you ever need access to a previous gallery, just reach out, and we can create a new gallery for you on our updated platform.

We always recommend downloading your full gallery and saving your photos in more than one location to keep those memories safe!

Senior Sneak Peek | Lane 🤠🐴

I always say your senior session should be all about YOU, and this one definitely was!

We pulled out the belt buckles and saddles he’s won, included his horses, and even headed out into the field to get some shots of him pushing cattle. I’m always up for trying something different, especially when it means capturing what a senior actually loves and spends their time doing.

Senior pictures don’t have to be the same for everyone — bring your hobbies, your animals, your truck, your sports gear… whatever makes you, YOU. I’m just along for the adventure with my camera. 😂📸

First ever beach session in the books! 🌊🤍

I’m not going to lie, I was a little nervous going into this one. Beach lighting is SO different from what I’m used to, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. But I think we can officially say… it turned out pretty dang good! 😍

I absolutely loved getting to step outside my usual scenery and try something new. And now I’m thinking I might need to make beach sessions a regular thing. 😂🌴

Sidenote: If anyone wants to take me along for beach pictures, I’m available for this assignment anytime. 😂🙋‍♀️📸

Another beautiful evening in the flower fields, but this one is extra special. 💙🌼

From their engagement session, to their wedding day, and now maternity photos... what an incredible year this sweet couple has had. It has been such an honor to be there to capture each of these milestones, and watching their story unfold has been one of my favorite parts of this journey.

Now the countdown is on for the arrival of their precious baby boy, and I couldn't be happier for them! 💙 I already know he's going to be surrounded by so much love.

Any summer Ball Photos that haven't been picked up yet are at Midway and are ready for pickup!

Just let the girls working know you're there to pick up photos and tell them your child's name, and they'll get them for you.

While you're there, be sure to treat yourself to some of their delicious food or a scoop (or two 😉) of ice cream! 🍔🍟🍦
