a little piece of my heart
What drew me to filmmaking is the preservation of feeling. I’m a nostalgic empath at heart, and my work reflects that. There’s value in seeing and hearing a moment the way it actually happened.
I build each story, patiently, emphasizing the subtle in-between moments. Over the last few years I’ve learned to look past quick-hit aesthetics. Our attention spans want fast and tidy, but your story deserves patience and care.
Sound and motion anchor memory. I want your film to last over time, with honest pacing and sound that puts you right back in the room.
Three years in, I’m grateful for the stories I’ve been trusted to tell. I approach every wedding with steadiness and curiosity, searching for the unique moments that can’t simply be created. I’m still learning every day, and I love that. Growth keeps my work grounded and true.
I’m drawn to the kind of moments you don’t realize are everything until later. My goal is to hold what’s fleeting and give you something that brings you back, again and again.
All my love,
Han
