As part of the year-end omnibus spending bill signed at the end of 2020, a whole new set of rules and assistance programs were created that significantly change the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program, and the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program. Join ASMP General Counsel Thomas Maddrey as he goes over the main changes, how they affect you, and how you can find the help you need from the right program.
