As I wrap my school picture season, I just like to hold myself accountable for my health!!

For five years now I have been able to maintain a 40 pound weight loss 🤯

It was easier losing it, harder to keep it off!! And I work hard at it everyday!! Some days better than others.

Positive changes:

-eating small every two hours
-lots of water, less soda
- no more fast food
- workout with Gridiron Inc. 2x a week
- solid sleep 6-8 hours a night
- daily vitamins

I say all this for no other reason than to keep MYSELF accountable to ME!

I love growing myself professionally, mentally, spiritually but I never have wanted to do the work on myself PHYSICALLY! 😂😂

But as I approach another birthday I realize how important this part of my life is. I want to stay strong and healthy for a lot more years!!!

I got places to go!!! 💪🏻

👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️The first wedding I ever photographed was 34 years ago!!!!

Don’t judge the quality because these are pictures from pictures because everything was still film back then!! And we had to wait a week to get them developed to see if we did a good job 😬😬stressful!!

But I think the bride and groom were happy with me 😉 Teresa Wallace and Scott Wallace

I don’t know how I have been a photographer for 35+ years when I am still in my 30’s 😂😂😂

Going to keep fighting my age every step of the way!!
