When that light hits just right! ✨️

A big factor of in-home sessions is lighting!

Did you know, we originally had this session scheduled for the morning?? My client reached out in advance to let me know the sun streams through their nursery and master bedroom windows in the evenings!

I'm a big fan of bright natural light ✨️ and was so grateful she shared this information with me so we could schedule accordingly! We would not get this WOW factor lighting without it!

Mother's helping Mothers...

I traveled one weekend to shoot a branding/content photo session for the talented !

With a fully nursing 7 month old at the time, he got to tag along! When he wasn't napping, he would usually play and crawl around the floor between shots!

BUT he often wanted me to hold him!

Interior Decorator, Amy, graciously held, snuggled, and played with him while I would set up my camera for the shots!

This is a behind the scenes photo of Amy holding my baby while prepping the space for the "official" photos! And it's one of my favorites!

Friends helping friends, women helping women, moms helping moms, sisters helping sisters. This is what it's like to build your community!
