As I prepare to relaunch, my photography business will now follow a “faceless” policy for children.

• Children age 12 and under will not have their full faces shown on my website, social media, marketing materials, or portfolio.

• Children age 13 and older may be featured with parent/guardian and the child's consent.

What this looks like in practice:
✨ Images from behind
✨ Profile or partially-obscured views
✨ Detail shots of hands, feet, and interactions
✨ Silhouettes
✨ Images where faces are naturally hidden by movement, hair, hats, or composition
✨ Parent-child moments that focus on connection rather than full-likeness

✨ Or l (as in these pictures of my own children) a sticker/blur over children’s faces when full-likeness is the focal point and the image is shared on public platforms

This approach allows me to continue sharing beautiful stories and authentic moments while prioritizing privacy and respecting each family's digital footprint.

The Dunbar Wedding: 09.01.2024

It's been such a long time since I've shared here while I've been figuring out what comes next for me professionally.

But, I recently stepped out of my photography hiatus to capture our sweet friends' wedding! It felt good to be behind the lens again for the day!

It was an absolutely beautiful wedding and I am so thankful for their trust to capture these moments and their love for each other.

Spent the evening with the future Mr. & Mrs. Henricks!

I still can’t believe my baby sister is getting married! 💍

Brent is everything we prayed for her (and more) and I am so unbelievably thankful they found each other. I love watching as they build a beautiful life together.

What a gift their marriage is to our entire family.

I truly cannot wait to stand beside these two as they say “I do,” this fall. 🤍

Watching my little sister become a mama to two beautiful baby girls over the past year-and-a-half has been incredible.

Watching Brent become a dad, that has truly been a joy.

I am so proud of this little family.
I am thankful to watch their journey.
And I love them so very much. 🤍
