This weeks ✨Small Business Spotlight!!!✨

The Lovely Brush by Ashley McGlone!!

My name is Ashley McGlone and I run The Lovely Brush by Ashley! TLB began in February of 2026! Inspired by my baby boy, Waylon. His 2nd birthday, he was obsessed with Elmo and his party was Sesame Street themed! I did not realize how hard it was gonna be to find Sesame themed party decor! So, with a questionable amount of confidence, I jumped in and went for it! I fell in love with a paintbrush in that moment. After a hard postpartum recovery, picking up that brush was exactly what I needed! It became my business and my therapy!
TLB expanded from party banners to working with other small businesses, churches, local events, etc. In April, I decided to try something a little different; face painting! As a child, I was always the one seeking out the face painter at events! Now I get to be the one creating these special memories for little ones, and it makes my heart unbelievably happy! Theres nothing like seeing a little one look in the mirror and light up with so much excitement, seeing themselves as their favorite characters! It heals a little part of me too!
I would love to thank everyone who has supported me, helped in any way, shared my posts, etc! My business has seen so much growth in the short time I've been running. I am just beyond thankful and grateful! ❤️🥹 The Lovely Brush is currently taking orders for all your party, gifting and business needs!
