"I'd like to get all my tapes digitized, but I no longer have a VCR, so I can't tell what's on them."
We hear this every week. We make this VERY easy for our customers! We understand most customers only want their family home videos digitized, and they are afraid they will be charged for blank tapes or tapes of old TV shows. Absolutely not! If we find a blank tape, there is no charge, we skip it and move onto the next tape. The same goes for old recorded TV shows. We see lots of tapes packed with Seinfeld, Friends, NFL games, soap operas, etc. If we find those, no charge, we skip it and move onto the next tape. We even fast-forward through these tapes at no charge to make sure there aren't family memories later on the tape. We haven't heard of any other companies who offer this at no charge.
