Our red dauschaund went in for a dental cleaning and ended up with a hole in his lung. He is in the a&m small animal hospital in college station Texas. He had surgery and is in the ICU recovering. they separated his ribs and took the lung out, cut out the damaged area and stapled it shut then put it back inside, put the ribs back in place and stapled him shut. He still has the chest tube in and is still in the oxygen tent. If you wish to help, please call: 979-845-2351, they already know and will accept any donations for Red Hartzog.
