First, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has reached out, checked in, and shared such kind words about Stella. Losing her has left a huge hole in my heart, and your love and support have meant more than you know. 🐾🤍

A Little Personal Update:

I’m going to be quite blunt because, truthfully, I don’t have the emotional energy to sugarcoat anything right now.

Tomorrow, I will be saying one of the hardest goodbyes to one of my beloved furry family members. This is something that has been coming for quite some time now, but I’ve continued to put it off. Not because I don’t know what’s best, but because my heart simply hasn’t been ready.

There is something so incredibly heartbreaking and unfair about having to pick a date on the calendar to put down a furry friend who has loved you unconditionally. How are you supposed to choose the day that their time here ends? How do you make that decision for someone who has been such a huge part of your life? As much as my heart wants to hold on forever, I know that sometimes the greatest act of love is knowing when to let go.

With that being said, all texts, phone calls, emails, and messages will be delayed tomorrow. I will be taking this time to be present with my family and process one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. I know I have responsibilities, clients, and messages waiting for me, but tomorrow, my family and my heart come first.

Please give me some grace, patience, and understanding during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you for respecting my space while I navigate this heartbreak. 🤎

Yesterday’s session, I had the absolute pleasure of capturing a hardworking family out in the fields, doing the Lord’s work and feeding America, one harvest at a time!

I got to capture some beautiful memories, a ride in the combine AND was treated to a delicious meatball sub! Talk about the full farm experience! 😂

There’s something so special about capturing families in their element, doing what they love. I’m so blessed to be able to do things like this! 

A huge thank you to the sweet Langlois family for welcoming me, feeding me, and letting me be a little part of their harvest season! 🌽🚜🤎

🍂🤎 MY HEART IS SO FULL! 🤎🍂

I just want to take a moment to thank every single family who came out for my Fall Minis today! 🥹

I truly cannot explain the high I get from doing what I love. The laughter, the smiles, the little ones being silly, and the genuine happiness I get to capture. It’s moments like these that remind me exactly why I love being a photographer.

But you know what one of my favorite parts is? Turning my camera around and showing the moms a little sneak peek. 🥹💜

Seeing their faces light up, hearing them say how much they love the photos, and watching that little sigh of relief makes my entire day.

Because as a mom myself, I GET IT. I know the chaos that comes before a photo session. From planning the outfits, getting everyone dressed, fixing hair, making sure nobody spills anything on their outfit, trying to get out the door on time, and just hoping everyone cooperates for 15–20 minutes. 😂

And then, in that one little moment when you see the back of my camera, you realize it was ALL worth it.

Those are the moments that fill my cup. Knowing I’m giving families memories they’ll get to look back on for years to come.

So thank you for showing up, trusting me with your memories, laughing with me, and allowing me to do something that genuinely brings me so much happiness.

I hope you all left your sessions feeling just as happy as I did. 🫶🏼

📸 SMS PHOTOGRAPHY - IMPORTANT UPDATES & BOOKING POLICIES 💜

Whether you’re a returning client or new here, please take a moment to review these updates and policies before booking! 🫶🏼

1️⃣OUT OF OFFICE | OCTOBER 22ND–30TH
I’ll be spending some much-needed time with family! Responses may be delayed during this time, but I’ll get back to everyone as soon as possible. ❤️

2️⃣UPCOMING MINI SESSIONS
🛻 Christmas Truck Minis | November 8th
🌲 Evergreen Minis | November 14th

3️⃣NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINERS
A non-refundable retainer is required for ALL bookings. Your date is not secured until your retainer has been received.

4️⃣PAYMENT POLICY
All remaining balances are due the day of your scheduled session, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Galleries will not be delivered until payment has been received in full. 🤎

5️⃣RESCHEDULING POLICY
A $50 rescheduling fee applies to any client-requested date changes. Weather-related rescheduling will be handled separately. Thank you for understanding that your time slot is reserved specifically for you!

6️⃣SUNDAYS ARE FOR FAMILY
As a wife and mama of two little boys, I do my best to keep Sundays work-free! EXCEPTIONS may occasionally be made for WEDDINGS and special EVENTS, but Sundays are generally reserved for family time. 🫶🏼

7️⃣GALLERY TURNAROUND TIMES
Minis & Regular Sessions: 2–3 weeks
Weddings: 10–12 weeks
Model Calls: 3–4 weeks

Each gallery receives my time, care, and attention. Please respect these timelines as I work to deliver memories you’ll cherish forever!

8️⃣NEW POLICY | RUSH EDITING FEES
I’ve had quite a few clients ask for photos before their scheduled delivery date, including individual photos. Moving forward, if you would like your photos sooner than the two- to three-week turnaround time, a rush editing fee will apply.
Rush editing requests require additional time outside of my regular editing hours and are subject to availability.
✨ Mini & Regular Sessions: $50
💍 Weddings & Events: $200

Rush editing must be requested and approved in advance. Thank you for understanding and respecting my editing scheduled.

Here’s a little fact about me that some of my followers may not know… 💜

I’m sober.

It’s not something I talk about often on my photography page, but since so many of you allow me into some of the biggest and most personal moments of your lives, I think it’s only fair that you get to know a little bit about the person behind the camera too. 📸

Choosing sobriety is something I’m incredibly proud of. It’s a choice I made for myself, my family, my peace, and the life I want to live.

And just because I’m sober doesn’t mean you have to think twice about having alcohol at your wedding, party, or session! Please pop the ch*****ne, grab the b**r, take the shot and celebrate however YOU want to celebrate. 🥂 I’m there to capture it all — not judge it.

If you offer me a drink and I say, “No thank you, I’m sober,” there’s absolutely no need to apologize or feel bad for offering.

I can still celebrate with you.
I can still laugh with you.
I can still hype you up.
And I can absolutely still capture the chaos. 😂📸
