I am so thankful for everyone and I am sorry for not being there to document your moments for the next little bit!

I might be in the minority, but two is one of my favorite ages!

They're fully ready to take on the world and discover everything. I love this age because they're so authentically themselves - they're there to play and have a great time, not sit and pose.

So, yes, my two-year-old makes me break a sweat sometimes, but the photos are always amazingly them because two-year-olds know how to be authentically themselves in a way that us adults could never.

Thank you .room for the amazing space to let us play and get some amazing photos.

There is something so special about an in-home newborn session where baby is just a little bit older. 🤍

Instead of only quiet, sleeping poses, we got to capture those bright, alert eyes, tiny expressive smirks, and all the sweet little personality traits that are already starting to bloom. Those real, candid moments are the ones you’ll look back on decades from now and instantly remember exactly who they were in this season.

The best part? You don’t even have to pack up the diaper bag or leave your living room.

As a traveling studio, I bring everything right to your door—artistic studio lighting, cozy swaddles, natural props, and beautiful textures—so you get timeless, heirloom-quality portraits without the stress of leaving home. You get to relax, sip your coffee, and let your family just be.

I have so much more to share from this beautiful session coming soon! ✨

🌸 There is nobody on this earth who will ever love you the way your mama does.

And there is nobody who will ever make her feel the way you do — with one look, one laugh, one tiny hand reaching up for hers.

This is the relationship that started it all. The love that made you someone completely brand new.

Every mama deserves to have this moment frozen in time. Not for the wall. Not for the gram. For yourself. For them. For the day they are grown and you want to go back just for a minute.

Let me give you that. 📸

Some sessions I walk away from and just think — I have the best job in the world.

This was one of those. These twins brought every smile they had straight into my studio and their family was just the warmest, sweetest people. I was sad when it was over honestly. 💙

🚛 Brothers.

Built in best friend. Built in hype man. Built in person who will love you longer than anyone else on this earth. 💚💚

There is a bond between brothers that nobody can explain and nobody can break. And watching a big brother show his little one the ropes — even if it's just how to properly crash a monster truck — is everything.

If you have boys, book the session. Do it for future you. 📸

Two babies. Two cakes. Double the mess & double the memories. 🎂🎂💙

There's nothing quite like a twin cake smash to steal your whole heart. These two had the sweetest first birthday session and I am OBSESSED.

Is your baby's first birthday coming up? Let's make it unforgettable. DM me to book your 2026 session in the Grand Rapids area! 🎉

🌸 I never understood monster trucks.

And then I became a boy mom.

I found them in my purse, in my laundry, under my pillow — and honestly? I wouldn't trade a single one. 🚛💚

My boys are long past this phase and I still get a little happy when I see one. That's the thing about motherhood — it changes you forever, even after the season is over.

If you're in it right now, please let me photograph it. You will want this someday. I promise.

Boy mamas — this season is loud and wild and so incredibly fast. Let's freeze it. 📸

Ever wonder what it's actually like to work with me? 📸

Let me paint the picture.

There is no stiff posing. No awkward "okay now smile at the camera." None of that. 🙅🏼‍♀️

I show up as your hype woman, your guide, and honestly — your biggest fan for the entire session. I will tell you exactly where to stand, how to hold your little one, and what to do with your hands. I've got you. Completely.

And your kids? I speak their language. 😄 We move at their pace. If they need a snack break, we take a snack break. If they want to run in circles for a minute — let them run. Because the most magical shots almost always come from the in between moments anyway.

By the time we're done, most of my families tell me it felt nothing like they expected — in the best possible way. 🤍

Easy. Relaxed. And so much fun.

That is the experience I have built — because you deserve to actually enjoy this, not just survive it.

Imagine walking into your nursery and seeing this above the crib. 🤍

Not a generic print from a big box store. Not a random piece of filler art.
Your baby. Your moment. Your wall.

There is something about a portrait hung in the space where your little one sleeps that just stops you in your tracks every single time you walk by. In the middle of the 2am feedings and the long, hard days — you look up and there they are. Frozen perfectly in time. Exactly as they were.

That is what wall art does that a phone screen never can. 🖼️✨

It becomes part of your home. Part of your story. Something your child will grow up seeing and someday understand just how deeply they were loved from the very beginning.

This is why I do what I do. 🤍

Ready to turn your portraits into something you'll treasure on your walls for a lifetime? Let's talk. 👇🏼
