Something I would love for you to know about me is that I have a deep passion for serving people. As a social worker, I have the privilege to witness light re-emerge from darkness, and healing blossom across heartbreak. Through photography, I have the privilege of capturing beautiful, timeless photographs with the goal of making people feel confident and good about themselves. Bre + Matthew’s wedding was truly a dream. From the ceremony at the basilica, portraits at the old civic, & reception at St. Cecilia Music Center … it was stunning.

I’m still thinking about their siblings speeches, Distinctive Catering’s short rib, Andrea Smith (Jackson) GF cupcakes, & their surprise move during their first dance 😂

Truly … it was so evident how much these two were loved & just how well they love.

I think one of my favorite parts of being a photographer is watching people see themselves differently.

So many people walk in front of my camera already picking themselves apart. Telling me what they don’t like about themselves, what angles to avoid, or how they’re not photogenic.

And I get it. We’re often our own harshest critics.

But here’s the thing. I don’t create beauty. I just get the privilege of showing people what was already there.

You don’t have to change a single thing about yourself to be worthy of being photographed, celebrated, or seen.

Sometimes you just need someone to help you see yourself through a different lens. 🤎

This could possibly be one of my favorite venues ever. The way the light trickles through the trees, the charming details, the greenery and florals were just everything.

Really loved capturing Noah & Ryan’s wedding this past weekend. It was the perfect fall day.
