the one who knew you before careers, mortgages, babies, and all the things life would bring.

years later, here you are promising forever to the person who has quietly been part of your story all along.

there’s something different about photographing high school sweethearts. the history. the nostalgia. the way their families have watched this story unfold for years.

it feels less like the beginning of a love story and more like the start of a beautiful new chapter.

Some wedding days are loud. This one was quiet, intentional, and full of the people who matter most.

On an 80-degree day with a light breeze and full sun overhead, these two promised forever surrounded by their closest family along the shoreline. The kind of day that reminds you weddings don’t need hundreds of guests to feel significant…they just need love, presence, and people who truly know your story.

We started at the beach, where tears mixed with laughter and sunlight danced across the water. Then we ended the evening gathered around a table at a local vintage restaurant, sharing stories, hugs, and the simple joy of being together.

I leaned into a film-inspired edit for this gallery…soft, nostalgic, and imperfect in all the right ways. It felt fitting for a day that wasn’t about trends or production, but about connection.

A beautiful reminder that sometimes the smallest celebrations leave the biggest mark. 🤍
