🌼 Celebrated my 32nd birthday a few weeks ago, and honestly, it was one for the books. Thank you to my friends and family for holding intentional, intimate spaces for me to celebrate, and for carving time out of your day to be present with me. All of your love means more than you know. 🌸
Since the beginning of the year, I’ve taken a significant step back from social media, and I can say it was necessary. With everything going on right now, there’s a lot for me to process and articulate, and I’ve found myself at a loss for words.
For those of you who know me, you know I’ve always cared deeply about staying informed with the things going on around me (PBS News Hour is my favorite way of being informed). That said, I’m very empathetic and I’ve felt a sense of heaviness lately and am working to find steadiness again. I’m choosing to not make haste with coming back to socials. However , I do want you to know I’m here and I’m deeply grateful for the opportunities, trust, and support everyone has extended to me.
Here’s to another year of growth — personally and within my evolving business.
And a gentle reminder to be the change you want to see in the world.
