I’ve had the honor of watching this sweet family grow over the years, and every time I see them, I’m reminded why I love what I do so much. From the snuggles and giggles to big brother loving on his baby sister and those sweet little in between moments, this session was full of so much love and personality. ❤️

I’m always so thankful for the families who come back year after year and trust me to capture their memories. Getting to watch your family grow and freeze these little moments in time is truly the best part.

The ceremony starts at 4pm. The sun sets at 8:15pm. Somewhere in between is a 45-minute window of light that will quietly decide how your portraits feel forever, and most couples don't know it exists until it's already gone.

Wedding timelines are usually built around logistics. When the doors open, when dinner is served, when the band starts. The light, the breathing room, the moments you actually want to remember, those get squeezed into whatever space is left.

It does not have to work that way.

Three small decisions in the planning stage protect the calm of the entire day:

A 15-minute buffer between the ceremony and family formals, because family formals always run long.

A protected golden hour window, counted backward from your sunset time and held like a ceremony slot.

A first look, so portraits happen early and cocktail hour belongs to you and your guests.

A little intention in the planning is what makes the day feel relaxed, connected, and quietly luxurious, instead of rushed. The photos will hold that calm too. 🤍
