A bride once told us she didn't cry at her ceremony. She bawled when she saw her photos.
That moment, the one where someone finally sees their own love story reflected back at them, is what Chrissy has been chasing for over a decade.
She didn't set out to be a wedding photographer. Born in Miami, raised between cultures, with family roots in Cuba and years spent living in England, Chrissy grew up fluent in the language of feeling things deeply. She set out to make people feel something. The camera just became the way she said it.
Now based in Grand Rapids, she's photographed couples across the U.S. and around the world, named as an International Wedding Photographer of the Year Finalist in 2024 and 2025. Her work has been featured in numerous publications including Rangefinder Magazine, The Knot, Politico, and World’s Best. But the part she's most proud of isn't the press. It's the couples who, years later, still talk about how the experience felt.
That's the whole point. The photos are the proof. The feeling is the work.
