Half Day and Full Day rentals are discounted for the summer! Any dates booked June-September!
These discounts are already applied in the booking scheduler if you're wanting to save $75-$100!
Please keep in mind, the later in the day, the hotter the studio gets, so I still very much suggest starting early! 🥰

Hey guys! I'll be trying something out this summer- I'm having a baby next month so the studio won't be in use from me, and rentals are definitely slower in the summer anyway. I don't want it sitting unused, so let me know if you're interested! Remember, afternoons and evenings get hot, so this would be perfect for those who love the beautiful morning time light in the studio!

20 hours of studio time per month $300. This is huge savings! You will have access to the scheduler so you can manually block off your time! Just have to do a test run for this ;)

Paper Usage- those of you who will be using the paper backdrops for most or all of your rental days, we can chat about sharing the responsibility of paying for re-stock on those that are most used when you're at the studio :)

Wow today feels like it's finally spring! 🙌
Next comes summer! Posting another reminder to book your summer rentals in the AM hours in the summer! With the giant windows and this old building, the AC units in the studio cannot keep up if the temps rise above around 85. There is no option to add a third unit, or the breakers blow, so on the days temps are forecasted to be super high, I will have to close the studio for afternoons and evenings. Sometimes this comes out of no where so that's why I suggest always always always book in the morning to avoid the hassle.
If you decide to deal with the heat (normally on really hot days, the studio won't go below 80°) and you notice you cant book on the scheduler, then you can reach out to me to book the studio for half off rentals!

Forgot to add, children's sized Easter backdrop is up at the studio (sorry for the cell phone photo) and also sky blue and pastel purple large paper backdrops available for use, and the carrot greenery garland. These will be up there until a few days after Easter 🥕🐰

Those of you who do one year sessions, milestones, cake smashes, etc, these white boxes are now up at the studio for those who create your own little sets ups! These were not cheap so if I see them getting abused or not cleaned up after use, I'll have to take them back out but feel free to use them when you need to! 🙂😀

Posting some reminders as the studio continues getting busier and busier. Even with help, it's not always possible to tidy up between rentals. I have attempted once again to not require cleaning deposits for every rental this year so am asking for your participation! These are listed on the website, and posted right on the studio door before you leave. You cannot miss it. It's also listed on booking link, reservation signage and email confirmations. You know what is super helpful? Taking a quick video for yourself the second you step into the studio, and make sure that video matches your exit photos! Works every time 👍
Another reminder, as winter starts to come to a close, once June hits and those 90° days come around, book your studio time in the AM hours. There is no possible way to cool the studio down once temps hit that high- not with the massive amount of windows in the studio and being on a second level story with hallways that are completely non temperature regulated. I will once again be closing the studio down as much as needed during the afternoon hours, as long as the weather forecast predictions give me the proper amount of time to. I hate to do this, but the power wattage for the AC units I have up there are super powerful and adding a third unit would pop all breakers. As usual, if you want to deal with the heat for an afternoon that is shut down, you can always reach out to me and you can access the studio at a discounted rate ❤️

Hi guys! Here's a few studio updates/images of the studio currently. V-day drops are up, the newpaper backdrop with black heart balloons 🖤 is decently narrow so a second one is on it's way to extend the width. There is a red fabric backdrop but it is super large and there just isn't enough wall space in the studio with available natural light so I had to put it on a wall with quite a bit of industrial electrical tubing so it's not the cleanest backdrop lay in some places 🤣🤣 but it photographs beautifully. There are some hanging roses on a backdrop stand that of course is movable if you want to add it into any of your photographs. Everything pictured below. Pink, white, red and purple large backdrop paper not pictured but available for use!

Hey guys! I really wanted to love the wall painted white, but I don't 😬 So it's going back to cream! The studio will be looking like this again in about a week or so! ⬇️
Pink couch will be back up there soon, red one is already here. The Valentine's Day set in the comments here will also be set back up in the corner at the other set of windows ❤️ I will be thinking up another set for Valentine's Day as well but not totally sure what yet!
Pink, red, and white backdrops are fully stocked for the Valentine's Day season along with all the other colors!
