Posting some reminders as the studio continues getting busier and busier. Even with help, it's not always possible to tidy up between rentals. I have attempted once again to not require cleaning deposits for every rental this year so am asking for your participation! These are listed on the website, and posted right on the studio door before you leave. You cannot miss it. It's also listed on booking link, reservation signage and email confirmations. You know what is super helpful? Taking a quick video for yourself the second you step into the studio, and make sure that video matches your exit photos! Works every time 👍
Another reminder, as winter starts to come to a close, once June hits and those 90° days come around, book your studio time in the AM hours. There is no possible way to cool the studio down once temps hit that high- not with the massive amount of windows in the studio and being on a second level story with hallways that are completely non temperature regulated. I will once again be closing the studio down as much as needed during the afternoon hours, as long as the weather forecast predictions give me the proper amount of time to. I hate to do this, but the power wattage for the AC units I have up there are super powerful and adding a third unit would pop all breakers.
