it’s been a hot minute since i’ve shared some wedding pics 😅

Jordan & Austin’s wedding this past September was the most intimate and meaningful day filled with many hugs, stolen glances, timeless details and plenty of laughs. The amount of love that filled the room was so overwhelmingly beautiful 🤍 I’m proud to be able to share this day with you all and so honored I got to experience such a truly candid day.

This is your gentle reminder (and very casual tip): when choosing a wedding photographer, look for someone who’s watching everything, not just the timeline. The small, in-between moments are usually the ones that end up meaning the most to us later ✨

Hands down the best part of being a photographer is being a part of so many people’s core life memories. From the proposals and weddings to buying new homes and welcoming new family members - I get to be there for it all, get to document those moments as cherished physical memories.

When you choose a photographer for life’s most magical events, make sure you’re choosing someone who feels that passion along side of you. Make sure you can envision yourself looking back on those photos 40 years from now and still feeling every moment. Find someone who cares about you as much as they care about their art. 🤍

5 months seemed like a solid “no post” hiatus.
Had to break it with these sneak peeks from Katy + Trevor’s engagement session that was so perfect you can’t even tell includes lots of location chaos 😅

I’m thankful to be surrounded by the greatest mothers there are 🤍

To all the moms out there - I hope you spent the day exactly how you wanted and were truly showered with love and appreciation because you all deserve it. To the mothers in mourning or those mourning their mothers, I hope today brought you fond memories and whatever feelings are comforting to you on this day. To the ones who are striving to be mothers but time and life isn’t agreeing with you, I hope this year brings you luck and wishes coming true. 🤍

I know the sunshine and warm weather just reached us in Michigan, but I still have to share this amazing proposal from March 💍🤍

When James told me he wanted to propose to Laura at the top of boyne mountain you better believe I was all about it (despite not snowboarding for a solid 8 years). The soreness, bloody knuckles, broken lens and bruised ego was all worth it!
