I found this video on my YouTube account I don't even remember uploading. 5 years ago I was going to metal shows, sneaking in a GoPro to take some concert video with the dream of one day being a concert photographer. Last weekend I was officially booked to shoot my first solo show after tagging along with a buddy to shoot a few prior. Never give up on your dreams, anything is possible!

Not only was Electric Forest my first festival but it was the first time I had the opportunity to photograph live music, the people that enjoy it, and the location the festival was held at. Being my first festival, I didn't spend much time with my camera in my hand because I was trying to enjoy it and live in the moment. I figured it was finally time to share the few shots I was able to get over the magical weekend. I have so much to learn about the world of concert/festival photography but I am excited for the rest of this journey!
