Today I’m celebrating 10 years since I picked up my camera & made it an LLC. As I was reflecting over the archives, I picked four of my FAVORITE images for each year, ones I have been really proud of.

My eyes swell up with tears as I look at these. The sheer TRUST from my clients from the very beginning makes me so, so grateful. Photography is a vulnerable thing for both parties! I see RELATIONSHIPS, people and families I dearly love. I also see genuine JOY in life’s treasured moments, both through my lens and on my face as I remember capturing it.

I know this is my first post of the year 😂 Life for me is in a BEAUTIFULLY different stage than it was when I started this journey. I’ve got five kids now and I’ve been homeschooling for the last six years. Instead of these May golden hours bringing spring weddings and graduation photos, we’re full swing into baseball games and piano recitals, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

But you can’t take the photographer outta this girl. I see you, and you see me 🫶🏼 I’ll circle back around to this fully when the time feels right.

For now, I’m just really thankful, and really proud. Thanks for following along on my journey 💛💛💛
