My name is Nestor Lugo Jr, and I am writing on behalf of my mother, Lilly. It is with profound sadness that I must inform you of the sudden passing of my older brother.
During this incredibly difficult time, my mother is grieving deeply, and we need to pause all scheduled sessions. All future appointments will be canceled, and deposits will be fully refunded. Please bear with us as we work through each email and scheduled session individually.
