What makes a good photographer, great?

I think it’s their ability to read a room. To let the moments organically unfold without interfering. To go undetected so that raw emotion can be felt. To understand it’s more than just “getting the shot”, it’s the entire experience.

I’m grateful for the moments I’m unseen. That it took her so long for her to notice me. Because that’s how I know she was fully present during the happiest moment of her life.
