I want to first start by saying, happy Father’s Day to all the incredible men who show up for their kids (young and old) day after day. Men are so necessary in this world and the ones who live out the role they were created for deserve to be celebrated. 🫶🏼

But holidays can also be complex. They can be layered with disappointment, grief and sadness.

For some of you.. you’re celebrating WITH your father that you love dearly.
For some of you.. you’re celebrating WITHOUT your father that you love dearly.
For some of you..you wish you had a dad to celebrate today. Or let alone, one to celebrate you.
And for some of you… today feels very complicated for you.

Something that’s brought me so much comfort is 2 Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭18‬…
And, “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters”, says the Lord Almighty.

The God of the universe WANTS to know me. He adores me. He provides for my every need. He loves me beyond measure. He wants me to be his daughter. He is the Lord Almighty and he WANTS to be my father.

I just wanted to share a little message of hope in case you need it today. 🫶🏼

One of the reasons I include engagement sessions in my wedding collections is because they give us a chance to connect before the wedding day and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Jordyn and Vince have been together for six years, and this was their very first professional photoshoot together. Like so many couples, they were worried about looking awkward or not knowing what to do.

But by the end of the session, they were laughing, relaxed, and completely themselves. 🤍

Your engagement session isn’t about perfect posing…it’s about building confidence, creating connection, and walking into your wedding day knowing exactly what to expect.

There are a lot of new faces around here lately, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself. 👋

Hi, I’m Stephanie… the photographer and videographer behind Flourish Creative Co.
All my closest people call me Steph so you can too!!

Here’s a few things about me:
• I believe Jesus is Lord.
• I’m a mama first.
• I have a Maltese fur baby named Sophia.
• I’m a Colorado native.
• Coffee is always running through my veins.
• I’m a BIG fan of Justin Bieber & Morgan Wallen.
• I’m a certified homebody but I also love to connect with people I align with.
• I’m a clean freak and I love to be organized.
• I’m very detailed and I noticed every little thing.
• I cry during Nicolas sparks movies, sentimental convos and I most likely will cry during your vows.
• I have a degree in culinary arts. But I skipped egg day so don’t ask me to cook you breakfast.
• When I feel comfortable around you I don’t shut up… and I’ll be the first to crack jokes about the embarrassing things I do.
