Since moving to Minnesota, I have entered into a few photo contests. Last year my Owl photo took 3rd place in the annual Maple Grove Magazine photo contest. The same owl photo is also featured in this year's Trustone Financial 2026 calendar for the month of September!
I recently entered Maple Grove Magazine's 2026 photo contest. My photo submission is of a resident at my work and her late cat, Denver, who passed away a month ago. This photo titled "Comfy, Cozy Reads," shows her and Denver reading "Chicken Soup for the Cat and Dog Lover's Soul." Asking you to kindly vote for our picture in hopes of taking the top spot for the "Pet" category. Please click on the following link and scroll and select the "Pet" category and click "Vote" on our picture. Voting goes until Wednesday, September 30th. Your vote is very much appreciated! 😺:
