Different bodies tell different stories — motherhood, recovery, confidence, insecurity, strength, softness, survival, joy. Yet society is quick to label one body as “healthy” and another as “unhealthy” based solely on appearance, when health is far more complex than size, shape, or weight.🤔
When you look at images like these, how do they make you feel? Comfortable? Challenged? Empowered? Uncertain? And why? We’ve been conditioned for so long to associate worth, beauty, desirability, and even morality with certain body types that we often forget every body is human first.🗣
Maybe instead of asking whether a body is “good” or “bad,” we should ask ourselves why we feel the need to judge bodies at all.🤷♀️
