I still can’t believe I get to call photography my career. I’ve been doing this since 2010, and somewhere along the way, nearly 700 couples have trusted me to document one of the biggest days of their lives. That’s pretty wild to think about.
I think the reason I’ve stuck with weddings for so long is pretty simple: I love people. I love bringing people together, making new friends, going on adventures, and finding the little moments that make life feel really damn good.
And weddings are FULL of those moments. The huge ones. The chaotic ones. The emotional ones. The weird little in-between moments you didn’t even realize were happening.
I want your photos to actually feel like you, not like you spent eight hours doing a wedding photoshoot.
So whether we’re hopping on a helicopter to a glacier in Alaska, hiking up a mountain in Colorado, wandering through the desert in Arizona, or meeting at the courthouse with 10 of your favorite people…I’m in.
And yeah, photography is a huge part of my life, but it’s definitely not my whole personality.
When I’m not holding a camera, there’s a pretty good chance I’m off-roading my Jeep, fly fishing somewhere I probably had to take three flights to get to, camping around Colorado, paddleboarding with my fiancé & dog, lifting weights, DJing drum & bass, obsessing over watches, or already planning the next adventure. I’m a lover of the outdoors, a party planner, a car crash survivor, recently engaged and someone that loves life.
At the end of the day, I just really like people, experiences, and making some cool s**t along the way.
If that sounds like your kind of photographer, we’re probably going to get along pretty damn well.
Let’s go do something cool!! https://www.SeanLara.com
