💛 Coconut Curry with Chicken and Jasmine Rice 💛

I love making this dish for my family. It has a bold flavor while also having various health benefits. I made it for our meal prep today and ended up with more than we can handle! I have 5 containers up for grabs. It's not spicy, but if you want it spicy I can add chili paste (the containers in the back have it added since we like it spicy). They are $10 each.

Baked goods I have available are:
•Four pans (5×7) of lemon poke cake with blueberry topping. I tried out two different recipes for this and one ended up being really dense. It tastes great just doesn't have the texture I was going for, so those two pans will be discounted. $8 each for the thicker cakes, $12 each for the others
•Two sets (6) of full size blueberry muffins. $15 each set
•Three bags of mini blueberry muffins (20 in the bag). $15 per bag

I'm so excited to announce I'm ready to add a Stranger Session to my portfolio!! I meant to announce this last Sunday, but more important things had my attention. Some of you may have seen them become more popular recently on TikTok. If you have any questions about it, please comment or message me. If you want a chance at participating, just click the link! I'm only taking one couple at the moment.
What to Expect:
I will be the "wing woman" of sorts. I'll be the one setting up the date and everything.
At the beginning of the date you will both be blindfolded and reveal yourselves. We will have a short, maybe 30 minute photoshoot (ice breaker) and then I will leave you to talk and get to the actual date part.

Recently my daughter fell in love with the prepackaged mini muffins. I felt so guilty letting her have them before school knowing they were packed with dyes and preservatives. I felt like I was not setting her up for a good, productive day. Soooooo I spent some time today making a much healthier version. Mini muffins with fresh blueberries! On top of being healthier, it costs so much less to make them vs buying them. Of course I made extra so I'll be posting a few sets of full size as well as some minis available to purchase. ☺️❤️
