In honor of the official arrival of Poland’s F-35s, here are a few of my favorite shots I’ve captured over the last two years. Watching these jets progress from production and test flights in Fort Worth to their new home in Poland has been incredible. Poland officially welcomed its first F-35A “Husarz” aircraft into service this week, marking a historic milestone for the Polish Air Force and NATO’s eastern flank.

I’m only missing AZ-02 (3502) and AZ-04 (3504) from my collection. 🇵🇱⚡️

One of the Marines of VMFA-112 is currently fighting after a motorcycle accident this past weekend.

LCpl Deal always brings a positive attitude to the squadron and a smile. Every time I’ve seen him working, his attitude lifted the people around him and made even long days a little easier.

The link in my bio contains updates from his family, who have remained by his side throughout this entire ordeal. There is absolutely no pressure to donate, but any support is appreciated and will help cover the costs for his family to remain with him during his recovery.

Please keep LCpl Deal and his family in your thoughts and prayers as he continues to fight.

And Deal, we expect to see you back at work soon.

Today for most likely the last time in my career I raised my right hand and said the oath of enlistment somewhere over Louisiana.

This is moment is very bitter sweet. From being told I wouldn’t last through boot camp, to now. This moment makes me realize that yes it’s still a few years away but this chapter of my life it’s slowly coming to an end.

I could make a super long post thanking everyone that’s ever made an impact not only in my career but in my life. Of course I gotta thank my wife who takes care of everything when the Marine Corps says they need me more. Then my Mom who’s been there every step in my career and with her birthday coming up we get to celebrate that and my 17th year after graduating boot camp. My sister who has always told me to kept going and pushing through. There is one Marine that’s been there for me a lot especially these last few years. Telling me to always keep pushing forward and do great things and leading me and the right direction. To the people I didn’t mention I’m sorry.

I have one supporter that I know who is sharing this moment with me and every moment even though he’s not here anymore and that’s my Dad. Even though I can’t call him to just BS I know he’s smiling ear to ear and probably shedding some proud tears.

I would also like to thank the Marines of VMGR-234 especially Maj Kahrs who help me make this last one memorable.

With Monday starting off with the winds out of the north made it possible for a belly shot. And this time I can add a F-35A in beast mode to the list.

Here is the boss tail coming in for the tac initial then landing at NAS JRB Fort Worth.

Getting to see the Spads fly in beast mode these last couple of weeks has been awesome.

Here’s a few photos of some of their aircraft in the configuration including some with some GBUs and whatever they may have internally.

Seeing all the photos coming out of Laughlin of the in a is just amazing. Especially since I have seen most roll off the Lockheed Martin line.

Here’s a look at the “Spads” putting that same jet through its paces over the skies of North Texas from rotation to raw power in the climb, can’t wait to see if the “Spads” do the same over Fort Worth.

In honor of the Blue Angels returning home to Pensacola today 🇺🇸

Here’s a shot I captured last year on a practice day of the Solos launching with that signature power and precision. Never gets old watching them take to the skies.

Welcome to Texas, VMFA-224.

The Bengals made their arrival into Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth in style, highlighted by their unmistakable tiger-striped F-35B

From a clean taxi shot with the Fort Worth skyline standing tall in the background, to a gear-down overhead showing off the STOVL hardware, and a two-ship coming in for the overhead this was a proper Lone Star welcome.

The details hit different on this jet. The tiger striping across the fuselage and tail, the WK tail code, and that Marines script along the boom all stand out under that afternoon light.

Texas skies just gained some new stripes.
