Had to share more from this family session!

Kendal's family was in town for her oldest son Lance's high school graduation. Thank goodness her sister had the idea of them getting some new family pictures. Not sure what memory is more precious, both girls with their dad, all the grandkids with Grandpa Ted or all the kids together ❤️

And also, huge shout out to Chat GPT for putting this color palette together for them. Seriously I may start recommending this to future clients because Chat GPT DID NOT lead them astray!! This neutral/pastel combo is perfection ✨

Meet EvaGrace!

Even though the rain tried to come for us & we had clouds the night we met, they couldn’t dim EvaGrace’s sunshiny glow!!

Part of her glow could have been that they were off the next morning for Disney! Whether it was Disney or just her natural spirit I’ll take it, EvaGrace was a joy to photograph!!

I also feel like I can partly claim her as family since this sweet girl is related to my sister-in-law. Excited to follow her journey next year when she heads back to Barton, especially her game on the golf course 💙

Meet Rachel!

I love when seniors reach out to me personally, I get super excited knowing they picked me out of all their options 🫶

Rachel wanted to do her session on some farm land beside her house that her dad worked on when he was younger! Talk about having some meaning behind your location, that and she's just an animal girl at heart. She did jump the fence in a dress to get a picture with a horse after all!!

This year has been full of future nurses and yep... you guessed it, Rachel is off to ECU in the fall to pursue a nursing degree! Excited for her to begin this next chapter 💜💛

This was one of those sessions that was totally God written!

From the beginning when Angel reached out to me, me not being available for the date she asked for and then a week later, that exact date opening up! I felt a urging in my spirit to make their session happen for reasons I won't go into here but I am so glad that I listened to that gentle nudging in my heart . Giving families with aging parents images with everyone together, side by side laughing and being present in the moment is why I love doing this 💚

Sneak Peek for a family that has been on the MLCP feed a few times 🫶 BUT what’s new this time is that Kendal's dad and her sister's family were in town this week!!

Since I lost my dad 20 years ago it just tugs at my heart to see a dad with his grown girls and their kiddos, what a precious thing to still have!

Senior Sneak Peek!!

This session was to die for!! Perfect glowy light, tall grass, open fields, a gorgeous senior, and an older sister tagging along making sure her little sis had everything just so before the camera snapped!! I love everything about Rachel's session 💛

The Walker Family

This family made it so easy to capture true joy. When I told them to laugh at each other, they did and they kept laughing until their eyes were almost tearing up! Amy wanted some updated photos, cause well...it had been 10 years, and she also wanted to get a few of Ian in his cap + gown since this is a big year for him.

Our 30 minute session quickly flew by but I loved ever second of capturing this special family. And then we stood around and talked for almost another 30 minutes just catching up on life 💚
