I'll never forgot what happened last year at their fall mini in Decatur.

I had scouted out a beautiful spot with tall pine trees like a week before their session.

Using land that's free for all to use...

The evening of the shoot we meet up and start walking to this absolutely gorgoeus location and we see a hippie bus with people sitting all around it and unfortunately their dog was unleashed and ours was leashed (so much fun) that was our first sign.

We walk more into these woods and see signs all over the place and people "camping" with a big tent over the whole area we were suppose to shoot at.

A girl walked past us and said "Welcome home" 🫠 and something about rituals at night. Sooo we ran to a spot away from all of that to take pictures and scram. I think to this day that was one of the fastest mini sessions I've ever shot in my life.

We were safe and we got the shot, but dang what a night.

Sooooo no hippies this year 😅

Meet the sweetest little girl 🎀 Amelia 🎀 who just took over everyone's hearts!

The FIRST girl in their family and she is so incredibly loved. There is just something so special about welcoming a baby girl into a family and watching a whole new kind of magic unfold.

🚨 Send help or maybe snacks. I'm being held hostage by my editing queue 😅

At this point, my computer and I are in a committed relationship and my energy drink is doing the Lord's work.

Slowly trying to dig myself out of this editing hole while also working each and every weekend until December. So, THANK YOU for your patience...it will be worth the wait I promise!
